We have available a wide selection of fully furnished apartments and villas for long term rental, minimum duration period is usually 12 months. Locations are from Cannes to Roquebrune Cap Martin. We do not always display our full range so please call or email us with your specific requirements.

We also have a selection of properties for event rentals such as the Film Festival, MIPIM, MIPTV, MIPCOM including the smaller congresses such as Tax Free and MAPIC. All of our apartments are within a 5-10 minute walk of the Palais. Special Event if you are planning that very special occasion and need that dream villa please call us.

If you are looking for seasonal rental on the coast or in the villages behind, such as Mougins or Valbonne we have a selection of Villas and apartments available during Easter the summer and over the Chrsitmas/New year period.
